Shipping policy

We currently ship via UPS, Fedex and the US Postal Service. We determine the carrier at the time of shipping.
In-stock items are normally shipped within 24 business hours unless otherwise noted. Orders received on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.

Standard Shipping usually takes 5-10 days for delivery.
Express Shipping usually takes 2-5 days for delivery.

We are based in the middle of the country, so delivery times are often faster than shown above, but don't count on this for deadline-critical orders.
Delivery to some remote locations, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.
International delivery times are highly variable.

Items shipped straight from the manufacturer or affiliate (drop-shipped) are out of our direct control. Please check the delivery time guidelines and notes for each product.
